Jeanne Bessette
After graduating
from the New England School of Photography Jeanne owned and operated a highly
successful photography studio for thirteen years. Her works were cutting edge,
artistic images that became highly sought after by clients across the country.
Although this career was very rewarding in many ways, she longed for something
more.
After thirteen years as a photographer, she gave up the camera and picked
up a paint brush. It was as if someone turned a light on. She’s been
passionately painting ever since.
In 2007, Jeanne was accepted into numerous juried exhibitions and had her
first solo show in December of 2007.
Due the Jeanne’s strong background in photography she paints with solid
strengths in color, composition, and light.Jeanne’s photography and
paintings presently reside in numerous private collections across the country.
She is enjoying continued success and acceptance by her clients as well as
the fine art community and her transition into the world of fine art has been
seamless.
She currently resides and works in Raleigh, North Carolina.
