Artist Statement
Doing painting and graphic design are the
only two things that I am able to sit there for hours.
About ART- To me, Art is sharing, it combines creativity with painter's self-comprehensions
from life, history, different cultures, and different environments; Through
my work, I have tried to experience life and the pathway which I was willingly
to choose; In another words, all I'm trying to share is the process that I
have shared with myself in each step-finding myself, recognizing myself, keeping
myself then going back to my original self; To be able to share my inner senses
through each silent stroke and color which have been exuded onto a blank canvas,
it has always been a special heartfelt emotional travel to me, actually I
was inspired by its silent yet powerful way to bridge communications which
I have savored beyond words... also, I feel it is the only thing that I can
hold on to in this world, each time when I embrace it and engage it, it is
one part of me.
About ARTIST, I do think that for everyone who is doing anything that is related
with art, they have already become an individual among others, they are gifted
with their sensibilities and creativities which fuels them to be able to stand
in different angles to express themselves with their capabilities to highlight
something that common sense may passes by. It surely takes extra efforts and
strength to reach what art is supposed to mean; The reason why the artist
do feel more, because they are the ones who are willing to suffer more and
expand our mortal horizons.
